How much is shipping?

Standard delivery: Flat rate $10 NZD
Rural delivery: Flat rate $15.70 NZD (includes rural surcharge)
Free shipping: Orders over $150 NZD (standard & rural)
Click & Collect (Pickup): FREE pickup from Halswell, Christchurch. Pickup details will be emailed when your order is ready.


Most orders (1–3 lunchboxes) are under 3kg. Orders over 3kg may incur an extra charge.

How long does shipping take?

We dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days from Christchurch, using NZ Post or Aramex.

Delivery times (guidelines only):
South Island (urban): usually 1–3 working days
North Island (urban): usually 2–5 working days
Rural addresses: please allow an extra 2 working days

Pre-orders: ship once stock arrives (estimated dates shown on product pages).

What if I change my mind?

No worries! We offer 30-Day Easy Returns. If you’re not satisfied, simply return your product unused and in its original packaging for a refund or exchange. (Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or damaged.)

What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

We’ve got you covered. If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. All our products are covered by the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act.

Yes! Click & Collect is now available 🎉 Pickup from Halswell, Christchurch — we’ll email you details when your order’s ready.

Why is the pre-order lead time a bit long?

We carefully manage our supply chain so we don’t overpay and don’t pass unnecessary costs on to you. This means lead times can be longer — but it keeps prices fair, and good things are always worth the wait!

Will I be charged straight away for a pre-order?

Yes — payment is taken at checkout to secure your order. Stock is limited, so this guarantees your lunchbox.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes, you can cancel anytime before your order ships and receive a full refund.

What happens if the estimated delivery date changes?

We’ll let you know straight away by email if there are any updates to your timeline.

How does the “Buy One, Get Second 10% off” offer work?

When you buy two products, you’ll get the second one for 10% off. If the two products are different prices, the discount will automatically apply to the lower-priced item.
