Rural Delivery

• Flat rate $15.70 NZD (includes rural surcharge) for orders up to 3kg

• If Standard Delivery is selected for a rural address, we may contact you to arrange the surcharge before dispatch

Free Shipping

• FREE shipping on orders over $150 NZD (after discounts, before shipping).
• Applies to both standard and rural addresses

Click & Collect (Pickup)

• FREE pickup from Halswell, Christchurch
• Pickup details will be emailed once your order is ready

Dispatch Times

• Orders are shipped within 1–2 working days
• Pre-orders will be shipped once stock arrives

Notes

• We currently only ship within New Zealand
  
• Orders over 3kg may incur an extra charge, but most orders (1–4 lunchboxes) are well under 3kg
• Shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns made after the 30-day return window
