What’s Covered

- Manufacturing issues that affect the function of the product

What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Everyday wear and tear (e.g., scratches, scuffs, dents)
- Improper use, dropping, or misuse
- Dishwashing on high-heat cycles that may shorten product life
- Modifications or use of non-Bong Bong Box accessories
How It Works
1. Contact Us — If you believe your item is faulty, please email us with your order number (proof of purchase required), photos, and a brief description.
2. Assessment — Our team will review your claim and confirm if the issue is covered under warranty.
3. Repair First — Wherever possible, we’ll provide replacement parts (such as seals or clasps) to fix the issue and extend the life of your product.
4. Replacement — If the product cannot be fixed, we’ll replace it with the same (or equivalent) item at no extra cost.
